VBS at Living Faith Lee Summit
Join us for VBS this summer on July 6th-8th! We are partnering with Living Faith Lee's Summit and are excited to invite MBT and the surrounding community to the event. If you have elementary aged kids, you are invited to register them to participate in the VBS held at the LFLS church location in Lee's Summit. We are also looking to support this event with volunteers. We are hoping to go "all out" for this event, and so there are many roles we are looking to fill. Please consider signing up to help during the event itself, or helping decorate on any Sunday afternoon prior to the event. MBT Summer Series

Summer Youth Camp
Our youth camp for current 7th-12th grade students will be taking place in Arkansas this summer from July 22th-25th. Cost is $250 per student until May 18th using code CAMP25.
Foster Family Respite Night
Our Foster Ministry is presenting a Respite Night for our local foster community. This event will take place on Saturday, August 8th from 4:00-7:00 PM. This evening serves to give foster parents a much needed break by opening up MBT to host their children.
FOI Fall Welcome Party
Living abroad can be overwhelming. FOI hosts a party to invite you into our community. We want to get to know you and introduce you to family and friends while eating good food and having fun!
Kidtown Musical
Prayer+ presents: "The God Squad!" Please join us as our Tuesday night kids ministry performs their annual musical. This year, the message is about selflessness and follows the legendary God Squad, who relentlessly fight off the powers of the dastardly, self-centered ME Dominion! The musical will take place during our regularly scheduled prayer service which starts at 7:00pm.
Certainty Conference
The 2026 Certainty Conference will be a focused time of preaching, teaching, and theological discussion.
Fall Fest
We will have Trunks, food, cocoa, games, music and more!
Please bring candy donations to the cafe or bins in the foyer.
Giving Tuesday
Come join us Tuesday, December 1st to participate in our Giving Tuesday service! Help our church further support various financial needs such as maintenance, meals, conferences and missions.
FOI Christmas Party
Join us as we celebrate the birth of our Savior. Our annual Christmas party is a time of delicious food, group games and fellowship. Anyone is welcome, so invite your friends!
Christmas Eve Service
Join us as we continue to celebrate the birth of our Savior Thursday, Dec 24th at 5:00 pm for a cookie reception, followed by the program and candlelight service at 5:30 pm!
Unified Service
We will have one unified service this day with Junior High through Adults. No Fellowships will meet. Kidtown will still be available.
Mission Focus 2026-2027
Mission Focus is a great opportunity for Living Faith church members, from young to old, to take personal stock of how they live the Great Commission. This conference has been used powerfully to impact the hearts and lives of many growing leaders to hear the call of God.
Mens Night Out
A night of fellowship for men from multiple churches, gathering together to hear powerful teaching on the ONE mission that God has given us.

Hit The Streets Evangelism allows every member the opportunity to come together corporately to proclaim the good news of Jesus Christ. This ministry focuses on reaching our local mission field of Kansas City.
Meet in the MBT Sanctuary every first Saturday at 11:30 A.M. to coordinate and pray with one another before we go out.
Baby Dedication
Our next Baby Dedication is Sunday, April 19th. This is our opportunity as the body of Christ to come alongside new parents in MBT and dedicate our smallest members to the Lord.

Spoken-Word Showcase
MBT Spoken Word presents: Psalms: evangelistic, worship showcase of poetry and songs. April 11th at 5pm in the Meyer building. This is an opportunity to invite the lost to a creative telling of testimony and the gospel.

Dressed in your best, glowing at your brightest — a night made for twirls, ties, and treasured memories. Fathers & daughters of all ages are invited!

Heartland Baptist Marriage Conference
Heartland Baptist Fellowship is inviting married couples to their marriage conference this year. At this year's conference we will hear from Pastor Jay Schug of Community Fellowship Baptist Church in Huntsville, AL. He and his wife, Ali will be joining us and are already looking forward to encouraging us to invest in our marriages.
We are trusting God to soften the soil of the hearts of each couple, so that God can sow seed in the good soil of the hearts of our marriages. Galatians 6:7-8 makes it clear that we reap what we sow, both good and bad. It is our prayer that this conference will stir our hearts to action and investment in God's word, our marriages and the Kingdom of God. By God's grace we will see God bring forth fruit in time and eternity for God's glory.
