The GR5K was established in memory of Gralon Rhys Kimble. It is a chip timed 5K & Family Mile Fun Run for all ages that takes place on the first Saturday of November every year. The GR5K partners with Hope Family Orphanage in Nepal, Iglesias del Norte in Costa Rica, Hatikva Project in Israel, and the Passion Center for Children in Malawi. 100% of the proceeds go to these organizations that minister both physically and spiritually to children with great need. Join us at Shawnee Mission Park on November 1st (or virtually from wherever you are) and take part in bringing true hope, love and physical help to orphaned and refugee children across the world. Leaves for Loved Ones is a way for us memorialize our loved ones by adding their name to the back of the race shirt. The cost for this is $100 and includes a T-Shirt. Names must be received by 10/18/2025. This can be added to your race registration.

Silver Company sponsor receives logo on race day shirts and a GR5K Hoodie.
Gold Level = $1,000 and up
Gold Company sponsor receives logo on race day shirts, a logo on race day start banner and a GR5K Hoodie.
