Series: Psalm 119:161-169
If we do not have Christ for our advocate, to "plead our cause" as this stanza of Ps 119 puts it, we will stand before God, the Judge of the whole world, and give an account as the books are opened and our lives are examined. The devil is the accuser of the Brethren and he brings accusations against the brethren to God night and day. We must have Christ as our advocate, or we will enter eternity separated from God because of our sin. O God, plead our cause!
