The Cupbearer is written primarily to the office of the associate pastor, it contains principles for all believers who want to be more effective in ministry and wish to better support their leaders. Using examples from scripture, such as Nehemiah the cupbearer, we learn valuable principles regarding character, shepherding, trust, submission, and contentment. The focus of this book is not just unity for unity’s sake, but unity for the mission that God has given to the church to win and disciple souls from our hometowns to the uttermost.
