Abraham on Trial
This week, the Creation to Christ Study introduces us to Abraham, whose faith in God’s promises is being put on trial. In this story, we find an incredible picture of the Lord Jesus Christ and the salvation we have through his Sacrifice on the Cross.
God Will Prevail
In this sermon, we continue the Creation to Christ study. Though Sin has brought Death upon all of Humanity, God is faithfully preserving a seed to bring forth a Saviour. Satan and his angels bring such corruption that God must bring about a universal flood of the Earth. Nevertheless, God calls Noah to build an Ark and be saved from the wrath to come.
The Fall, pt.2
In this sermon, the Creation to Christ study has clearly established that our sin and unholiness separates us from God, who is righteous and holy. Cain commits the first murder by slaying his brother Abel. God’s mercy is shown by the warnings and opportunities for repentance that he provides. The curse of Cain further illustrates the wickedness of man and the consequences of our sin.
God's Rest and the Creation of Man
In this sermon, we continue our Creation to Christ study with the Biblical account of the Creation of Man. We familiarize ourselves with the scriptural details of the Garden of Eden, the creation of Adam and Eve, and their commission to Be Fruitful and Multiply and Replenish the Earth.
